Leeds United have signed Feyenoord winger Luis Sinisterra even as club’s frenetic summer transfer window progresses.

He joins Elland Road for an unknown amount and has signed a five-year contract that runs through the summer of 2027.
The Colombian can play as a winger and might be an option for Jesse Marsch if Raphinha’s predicted departure from the club goes through. Leeds have worked aggressively to preserve and develop their team after important players Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips left the club this summer.
Sinisterra has 23 goals and 14 assists in 49 games for Feyenoord last season, helping them reach the Europa League Conference final, where they lost 1-0 to Roma, and finish third in the Dutch top division.
Following bringing in Tyler Adams, spending $24.7 million on Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Brenden Aaronson, £10 million on Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca, and $5 million on Manchester City’s Darko Gyabi, Sinisterra joins Leeds as the club’s sixth summer addition.
On September 17, Leeds will travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United. On November 12, they will play Tottenham under Antonio Conte in their final match first before season ends for the winter World Cup. After that, they will play again on Boxing Day at home against Man City.

Sinisterra was named Eredivisie Player of the Month under-21 for the month of January 2020 on 7 February 2020 after scoring in three consecutive games. On November 12, 2020, Feyenoord confirmed that the club had exercised the option in Sinisterra’s contract to extend his contract for another two years.
Sinisterra scored a hat-trick against Swedish club IF Elfsborg in the first leg of their UEFA Europa Conference League play-off round encounter on August 19, 2021.
