All new formats in a short are coming up in the game of cricket. The Hundred is one of the typical formats of cricket where each side will be facing only 100 deliveries.
The schedule for the 2021 women’s competition is out now and the tournament will be commencing this July 21, 2021. The matches will be starting with the Oval Invincible vs Manchester Originals. England Cricket Board will be managing the entire tournament.

The Hundred Women’s Competition 2021 Format
The format of the matches will be different and quite unique in the era of evolving cricket. This new format will be attracting as much as the audience towards cricket. The format is released by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
- There will be 100 balls per innings
- After 10 balls there will be a change of ends.
- Bowlers will be delivering either 5 or 10 consecutive balls.
- Maximum 20 balls per game will be delivered by each bowler.
- Time out of 2 1/2 minutes will be given to each side of bowling.
- 25-ball powerplay start for each team
- Two fielders will be allowed outside the initial 30-yard circle during the powerplay.
- Teams will be accessed to call timeouts as in the case of IPL.
Top three teams according to the scoreboard will be competing for the finals. The team on the first position will be sent to the finals.
