    Ambati Rayudu, a player for CSK, declared on Sunday that his final match in the Indian Head Association will be against Gujarat Titans.

    Chennai Super Rulers’ star hitter Ambati Rayudu reported his retirement from the Indian Chief Association on Sunday.

    Affirming that the last of the 2023 release against Gujarat Titans will be his last match in the competition.

    Rayudu, who has been important for the CSK starting around 2018, brought home two championships with the establishment; he started his IPL profession with Mumbai Indians in 2010.

    “204 games, 14 seasons, 11 playoffs, 8 finals, and 5 trophies for two great teams—Mi and CSK—hopefully, tonight’s sixth place. It’s been a protracted journey.

    I have concluded that this evening’s last will be my last game in the Ipl. I genuinely appreciated playing in this extraordinary competition. Thank you all. Rayudu wrote, “No u-turn,” on his official Twitter account.

    In 2013, when he won the tournament with the Mumbai Indians, Rayudu achieved his first victory; Additionally, it was the franchise’s first title.

    The player played all the matches in the season; he proceeded to come out on top for two additional championships in 2015 and 2017 preceding moving to CSK the following year.

    Rayudu established his reputation as a power-hitter in MS Dhoni’s team; he partook in a portion of his best strike rates in IPL in the yellow pullover.

    Scoring at 149.75 in his presentation season with the CSK when the side lifted the title in 2018. It’s interesting to note that it was also his best year ever in terms of runs; In 16 matches, Rayudu scored 602 runs for the team.

    In 2021, he was also on the winning team, and Rayudu hit a strike rate of 151.17 in 16 games.

    While the Super Rulers completed ninth in the table, the veteran India hitter had additionally declared his retirement mid-way through the season. However, Rayudu changed his mind and continued to speak for the side.

    In 2023, Rayudu has performed poorly with the bat, but he has maintained MS Dhoni’s faith by participating in all 15 matches thus far. With a strike rate of 132.28, this season has seen him score 139 runs.

    Additionally, Rayudu is one of the few players in tournament history to have played in at least 200 games. Rayudu currently ranks 12th in the league for most runs scored, with 4239.
