“The Governing Council of the IPL invites bids from reputed entities to acquire the Media Rights for the Women’s Indian Premier League Seasons 2023-2027, through a tender process.”

It has not yet been specified whether the media rights bid for WIPL will be a sealed one-time bid or incremental e-auction bids.

In any case, just those wonderful the qualification rules set out in the ITT and dependent upon different agreements set out in that, will be qualified to offer.

It has been made clear that no one can bid simply by purchasing the ITT.

The inaugural Women’s Indian Premier League 2023 (WIPL) will begin on March 3 and conclude on March 26, with the final match taking place on March 26.

The plans for the inaugural tournament were presented by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) at the Annual General Meeting in October, which was a significant boost for women’s cricket in India.

However, the tournament’s dates and schedule have not yet been determined.

The BCCI issued an earlier call for bids on Friday, December 9, for the media rights to the Women’s IPL 2023–2027.

The deadline for selecting tenders is December 31, and bids will open around January 8.

Instead of an e-auction, the entire process will be conducted through a closed bid.

It has been reported that the board is awaiting confirmation regarding the international players’ availability.

In addition, they want to finish the season before the end of May so that India can compete in the World Test Championship final, which is likely to take place on June 7 at The Oval.

Bids for the Women’s Indian Premier League’s media rights for a five-year period from 2023 to 2027 were invited by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday.
