The final ODI series match will be played at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on December 10 (Saturday).
The captain of India A, Abhimanyu Easwaran, is likely to be named as Rohit Sharma’s replacement for the upcoming two-match series against Bangladesh, which begins on December 14 in Chattogram. The series will be played in two parts. Before the final One-Day International against Bangladesh, the visitors’ primary concern was injury. At this point, at least three players are confirmed to be out of the third and final ODI of the series.
Head Rahul Dravid affirmed that three players, including captain Rohit Sharma, wouldn’t play in the third ODI against Bangladesh since he will go to Mumbai to counsel a specialist. Both fellow pacer Kuldeep Sen and pacer Deepak Chahar were disqualified from the final ODI because they only bowled three overs in the second ODI in Dhaka.
