In an attempt to bridge pay- equality between India’s manly and womanish transnational cricketers, the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s( BCCI) reconstituted apex council has matched match-freights of transnational women’s cricketers with the same for their manly counterparts. As per the BCCI statement, the Women’s cricketers will get salaries of Rs. 15 lakh, Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 3 lakh in ODI, T20I, and Test matches.
