Cristiano Ronaldo may play in Portugal’s opening Euro 2024 qualifying match against Liechtenstein, a small nation. This will be their first game under Roberto Martinez, who previously managed Everton and Belgium.

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 118 goals in 196 appearances for Portugal. Additionally, he is the most prolific goal scorer in all of the men’s international football.
When his national team plays Liechtenstein and Luxembourg in the Euro 2024 qualifiers during the international break, Ronaldo has a great chance to add to his number of appearances for his country.
However, it is important to note that in the two games he has played against Liechtenstein, the former Manchester United forward has not scored.
During the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Cristiano Ronaldo scored the nation’s last goal. In their first World Cup game, he scored against Ghana as the winner of Euro 2016. They went on to win an entertaining Lusail match by a score of 3-2.
If Selecao qualifies for Euro 2024, Cristiano Ronaldo will want to perform at the highest level in order to be included in the team.
