On Wednesday, December 7, the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2022’s Match 4 will take place at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Stadium in Hambantota between the Galle Gladiators and the Kandy Falcons. On the other hand, the Falcons, led by Wanindu Hasaranga, got off to a fantastic start. They achieved a net run rate of 5.45, beating the Colombo Stars by 109 runs. The Falcons scored a significant 199 runs in their first innings of play.
Along with Pathum Nissanka, Andre Fletcher put up a century and shared a 156-run stand for the first wicket. After that, Wanindu Hasaranga scored the first hat trick in the LPL’s history and led his team to victory.
