Indian ace Viswanathan Anand continued his winning streak in the classical section of the Norway Chess Tournament. He registered his third win by defeating Wang Hao of China in the third round. Anand, 52, won the match at Armageddon early on Friday as the match was drawn with 39 moves in the stipulated time. Viswanath Anand later defeated Wang Hao in 44 moves. With this win in the tournament, he has 7.5 points and he is at the top.
America’s Wesley So is second with six points and world number one Magnus Carlsen is third with five-and-a-half points. Viswanath Anand has won the third round now and the chances of winning the tournament are most. He is in very good form in the tournament. Norway’s championship is one of the most prior tournaments of professional Chess.
