Netherlands vs Argentina
Several times, I can see the Netherlands countering Argentina. They are the best counter-attacking team in the tournament, so they will fool the Argentines into thinking they are safe. They may cause a lot of issues for Argentina if they are successful as they were against the United States.
Against Australia, Lionel Messi displayed excellent play. He is nearing the end of his career, and this World Cup will probably be his last. I was pleased with his performance, but he must now step up against a better team.
Argentina is going to have a tough time in this game. When they lose the ball, their defense plays a big role. They have some erratic defenders who like to dive in, so I think this game will have a few goals.
Prediction: Netherlands 2-2 Argentina, with the Netherlands winning on penalties.
Portugal vs Morocco
I think you have a better chance than Cristiano Ronaldo of starting this game. He was replaced in the starting eleven by Goncalo Ramos, who scored a hat trick! Bravo to the supervisor. Ronaldo is available as a substitute, but he cannot start this game.
The way Morocco played against Spain impressed me greatly. Hakim Ziyech is taking advantage of the fact that he has barely played this season.
He has done very well and is a good player. Wow, Achraf Hakimi is a great player! I consider him to be one of the world’s best defensive players. With the way he moves forward and back, he rules a whole side of the field. It’s amazing.
Morocco may have to turn around too quickly in this game, but I don’t think they’ll cause Portugal too much trouble. Portugal’s strength comes from having Ronaldo on the bench because they can bring him in if their plans don’t work.
Prediction: Portugal 2-0 Morocco
England Vs France
I’ve been impressed with Antoine Griezmann, but I’m not too worried about him. My only concern is Kylian Mbappe. They will win if England can stop him. No one else on the French team concerns me. Every World Cup team will be in trouble if Kyle Walker is unable to stop Mbappe.
Harry Maguire will love this game. He won’t shy away from the fight he will have with Olivier Giroud in the air. Outside of the box, Giroud is not going to cause any issues.
I don’t see how they can defeat us if we put an end to Mbappe. I’m very optimistic about this match, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost. At 0-0, Poland posed a significant challenge for France. England is progressing very well, and I anticipate that they will defeat France.
