Piotr Zielinski detested having to share a room with others as a child. He will write comments like “my desk” and “my wardrobe” on the furnishings. To make sure that everyone knew which toys belonged to him, he even wrote his name on them.

The Zielinski family used to assist kids from challenging circumstances. They cared for kids in their own house for 13 years in Zabkowice Slaskie, southwest Poland, 40 miles south of Wroclaw. The young Zielinski eventually became friends with people he had to share his space with.
In the present, the 28-year-old midfielder for Poland and Napoli purchased two properties, renovated them, and converted them into children’s homes run by the “Peter Pan” foundation, which he established. When Zielinski isn’t busy on the football field, he frequently visits the houses and spends time with the kids in the foundation’s care. The two homes are managed and watched after by Zielinski’s parents. Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, even sent him a helicopter to discuss a transfer. However, Aurelio De Laurentiis, the owner of Napoli, was determined to protect one of his finest assets, thus Zielinski agreed to a new deal that would keep him with the Italian team through 2024.
Bruno Fernandes, a midfielder for Manchester United and Portugal, said in an interview with Poland’s Canal+ that his Udinese colleague is technically superior to him and that he wishes to reconnect with Zielinski at Old Trafford.
The legendary midfielder has made 302 appearances for Napoli over six seasons, amassing 46 goals and 35 assists.
He was a teammate of Pepe Reina’s in his time at Napoli, and according to Reina, he is a “out of the ordinary” talent who belongs at either Barcelona or Real Madrid.
In 2020, he stated to Cadena Ser, the top radio station in Spain, “Is there a player who has surprised me favorably? The Napoli midfielder Zielinski is a player I fell in love with the moment I first saw him.
