    Sethi showed the public state of mind in his nation that Pakistan ought to play cricket with India based on level conditions.

    According to what its chief, Najam Sethi, disclosed on Friday. The PCB has proposed that Pakistan and other competing teams play in the host nation while India plays at a neutral venue.

    Sethi said they have sent a proposition to the Asian Cricket Chamber (ACC). Due to political strife between Pakistan and India. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) demanded that the continental tournament be moved to a neutral location.

    Sethi, who took over as the chairman of the PCB from former cricketer Ramiz Raja, stated during a press conference.

    “We have decided on this hybrid model that Pakistan plays India plays. Its Asia Cup matches at a neutral venue, according to our proposal to the Asian Cricket Council.

    Six teams will compete in the Asia Cup, which will run from September 2 to September 17. The exact schedule of matches has not yet been announced due to uncertainty regarding the venue.

    Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and one team that will emerge from the AC. Qualifiers are the other competing nations in addition to Pakistan and India.

    In Nepal, the qualifying tournament has begun. Sethi trusted the visit of his country’s unfamiliar clergyman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari one month from now to the Indian beachfront city of Goa.

    The Shanghai Collaboration Association’s (SCO) Board meeting will assist with defrosting relations between the two countries.

    Sethi said that the public in his country thinks Pakistan and India should play cricket on equal terms.
