William Saliba and Thomas Partey, two of Arsenal’s most prominent first-team players, are expected to miss the Premier League matchup against Leeds United on April 1 at home. With 69 points from 28 games, Arsenal is leading the Premier League standings in 2022-23. Against the Whites, the team led by Mikel Arteta will be looking to extend their seven-game league winning streak.

While Gabriel Jesus has recuperated from his drawn-out knee injury and is accessible for determination, some of his colleagues are questioning their impending conflict at the Emirates Arena. In addition to William Saliba and Takehiro Tomiyasu, two additional players missed the recent international break.

Partey, who has played 30 games this season, was not included as a precaution in Ghana’s recent 1-1 African Cup of Nations qualification draw with Angola. Earlier this week, the Gunners sent club physio Simon Murphy to evaluate the midfielder’s injury.

During Scotland’s recent 2-0 victory over Spain in European Championship qualifying, Kieran Tierney, on the other hand, was forced to leave the game after being the victim of a powerful tackle by Rodri. The former Celtic player has also emerged as a major doubt for the Leeds match, just like Partey did.

According to football. London, Eddie Nketiah, who filled in for Jesus at the top earlier this year, is expected to be out until early April with an ankle injury.

Saliba, on the other hand, is still likely to miss time with a back injury from Arsenal’s Europa League loss to Sporting CP earlier this month. He will have additional scans to determine the extent of his injury. Nonetheless, it is asserted that he will actually want to show up before the finish of the mission.

Due to knee injuries, Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are both currently out and are expected to miss the rest of the season.

Arsenal should win the Premier League this season, according to Robin van Persie:

Robin van Persie, a former Arsenal striker, praised his former team’s efforts to win the Premier League for the first time since 2004 in an interview with Sky Sports. He stated,

“When you look at this time period, every point really matters here. They’ve had several troublesome games. That is the kind of team that makes a champion. They got the three points there. They’ve been demonstrating that. However, the final stretch is always challenging.”

Van Persie added, predicting that Arsenal would win the title ahead of Manchester City:

“My personal impression is that they will go after it and win the league,” Since it’s been a while, I’m pleased that they won.”
