Team India’s bowlers failed to sweep the Bangladesh tail twice in two games, allowing the hosts to win the series 2-0 before the final match on December 10 in Chattogram.

On the other hand, Bangladesh’s bowling in this series has been pretty good. With the ball in their hands, the hosts absolutely dominated the Men in Blue, with the exception of a few partnerships for India in the second ODI. Chattogram is known to be a better batting pitch than Mirpur, where the bowlers received some assistance.

As a result, bowlers from both teams may be put through their paces in ideal batting conditions. In light of this, let’s take a look at three bowlers who might still be able to succeed on such a surface:

    #3 Washington Sundar

Throughout the series, Washington Sundar has not been able to make a significant impact with his bat. However, as he has arguably been India’s best bowler, the same cannot be said about his bowling.
In the first ODI, the off-spinner only bowled five overs and finished with figures of 2/17.

In the subsequent game, he picked up three more and only gave up 37 runs in 10 overs.
Sundar’s precision in line and length have been hard for the Bangladesh players to take care of and he will be key for India to win the last ODI.

    #2 Ebadot Hossain

Bangladesh’s main bowler Taskin Ahmed was unable to recover in time for the first match of the ODI series, resulting in a body blow to Bangladesh before the first game. Ebadot Hossain, on the other hand, has stepped in and taken seven wickets in the first two games.

The opposing batters had a difficult time negotiating Ebadot’s hard lengths and the bounce he can generate due to his height.
Due to his dismissals of Virat Kohli twice in international cricket, he also has the upper hand. The Men in Blue will need to come up with a solution rather than allowing Ebadot to rule them.

Kuldeep Sen and Deepak Chahar have been ruled out of the final ODI, further hampering India’s pace attack. While Shardul Thakur and Mohammed Siraj have performed admirably throughout this series, Umran Malik may be the visitors’ most important bowler in the final One-Day International in Chattogram.

Following Mohammed Shami’s shoulder injury, Malik was selected for the team. He got his chance in the second game, and he bowled an amazing first over, giving up just eight runs and a wicket in his first five overs.

Malik can wreak havoc on Bangladesh’s batsmen with his blistering pace and assist his team in making early inroads, despite the fact that he has a lot to improve on, particularly when it comes to bowling at the death.
