    Cricket is a very famous and popular game in the world. Cricket has always been a game of thriller and aggravation. When a player hits for sixes or fours, the fans are very happy. Often the players are seen smashing the bowlers around the ground. Some hits are out of the park. Such as the example of six by MS Dhoni in IPL 2021, When he went out of the stadium on the main highway. Similarly, many such incidents can be seen in the history of Cricket when players went all out. From the West Indies to India or New Zealand, Many batsmen hitting high sixes scored.     1. Shahid Afridi (153 m)

    Shahid Afridi is one of the most dangerous batsmen from Pakistan,  famous for his dangerous hitting against any bowler. He was one of the most fearless batsmen of his time. It is said that in a match against South Africa in 2013 he hit the longest six of all time in the history of cricket. But it is unofficial, as it was controversial many experts said that the six was not 153m long.  Although the ball traveled a long way out of the stadium when he smashed Ryan McLaren’s good length ball.

    2. Brett Lee (143 m)

    Surprisingly, the longest six (officially) in the history of Cricket is smashed by a Telander. It’s one of the fastest bowlers in history, Brett Lee, who is famous for his bowling. Lee smashed this huge six in a test match against the West Indies against a fast bowler Darren Powell. On that day Brett Lee came to bat at no. 9 and played a very important innings of 47 runs for his team.  During the innings, he smashed the ball so hard over deep midwicket and the ball went out of the stadium into the cricket nets.

    3. Martin Guptill (127 m)

    Martin Guptill is one of the hard-hitting batsmen in the cricket world, he is an opener from New Zealand. He holds the record of the third-longest six of all time. He is famous for his hardcore batting style which entertains fans a lot. The longest six of his career came in a test match against South Africa in 2012. The bowler was Lonwabo Tsotsobe and Guptill smashed the ball so hard over the mid-wicket area that it landed on the roof of the stadium.

    4. Liam Livingston (122 m)

    In recent times Liam Livingston has made his name a lot with his commendable hard-hitting skills. Liam Livingston is an all-rounder cricketer from England who has amazing skills in both legs and off-spin. He is famous for his aggressive batting style and doesn’t take many balls to score runs. In a T-20 match against Pakistan, he smashed the longest six of his career till now.  When Harris Rauf was bowling the 16th over of the first innings Livingston showed his power. He smashed the ball in a straight direction and the ball went out of the stadium.

    5. Corey Anderson (122 m)

    A true cricket fan can never forget the peak form of Corey Anderson when he used to smash every bowler. He also holds the record for Fastest ODI century. During an ODI match against India in 2014. The bowler was Mohammad Shami, the ball pitched on the radar of Anderson and he smashed it out of the Napier cricket stadium.

    6. Mark Waugh (120 m)

    Mark Waugh is another hard-hitting talent from Australia, during a test match against New Zealand, Mark Waugh ridiculously smashed Daniel Vettori’s over-pitched ball out of the WACA. Australia won that match by an innings and 70 runs.

    7. Yuvraj Singh (119m)

    You cannot misfit Yuvraj Singh in the sixes list. He has a record of sixes in cricket history. Throughout his career in prime time, he was a delight to watch. His longest six was against Australia in 2007 in a T20 match.  The 119-meter-long six on delivery by Brett Lee was record-breaking. 

    8. MS Dhoni (118m)

    MS Dhoni is one of the most successful captains in India Cricket history and one of the most successful wicket-keeper captains in Cricket history. He is the greatest finisher of all time and scored 118 meters long six. His ability to hit sixes effortlessly has given him many fans. He was ruthless in his prime form and scored the longest six against NZ.

He has played for almost all private leagues in the world. His longest six of a record 116 meters came against India in T20. Chris Gayle decided to take the ball for a full toss and hit one of the longest sixes on a delivery by Yusuf Pathan.
