    Where Will These NRL Stars Play In 2023?

    Where Will These NRL Stars Play In 2023? Hundreds of NRL stars will be free agents at the end of this season. Cameron Munster, Dylan Brown, Cody Walker, and Ben Hunt are just a few players who can negotiate contracts with other teams. Here are which players come off contract at the end of 2023 at your team

    Canterbury Bulldogs

    The Canberge Bulldogs have 16 players off contract in 2019. Paul Alamoti, Corey Allan, Jake Averillo, Bailey Biondi-Odo, Braidon Burns, Joshua Cook, Kyle Flanagan, Jack Hetherington, Josh Jackson, Jeremy Marshal-King, Jayden Okunbor, Chris Patolo, Ava Seumanufagai and Luke Thompson are the off contract players for this team.

    Cronulla Sharks

    10 players off contract for the Cronulla Sharks are Matt Ikuvalu, Sione Katoa, William Kennedy, Lachlan Miller, Ronaldo Mulitalo, Jesse Ramien, Siosifa Talakai, Jenson Taumoepeau, Braydon Trindall, Teig Wilton.

    Brisbane Broncos

    There are 11 players off contract with the Brisbane Broncos to be considered, which include Selwyn Cobbo, Thomas Flegler, Tyson Gamble, Kobe Hetherington, Corey Jensen, Brenko Lee, Tesi Niu, Cory Paix, Jordan Pereira and Ethan Quai-Ward.

    Gold Coast Titans

    Contract status of 12 Gold Coast Titans players: Erin Clark, David Fifita, Sosefo Fifita, Patrick Herbert, Brian Kelly, Alofiana Khan-Pereira, Greg Marzhew, Sam McIntyre, Will Smith, Corey Thompson, Paul Turner and Joseph Vuna.

    Manly Sea Eagles

    Manly Sea Eagles have 11 players off contract including some big names like Ethan Bullemor. They also have many young backs on their roster like Brad Parker and Alec Tuitavake.

    Canberra Raiders 

    The Canberra Raiders have 9 players off contract. Those are Emre Guler, Albert Hopoate, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, Jordan Rapana, Harry Rushton, Xavier Savage, Brad Schneider, Harley Smith-Shields, and Joseph Tapine.

    Melbourne Storm

    Off the 13 players no longer with the team, Nelson Asofa-Solomona, Jordan Grant, Tui Kamikamica, Josh King, and Trent Loiero were not named.

    Newzealand Warriors 

    Of the 10 NZ Warriors, 9 are free agents, of which Shaun Johnson and Edward Kosi are key.

    North Queensland Cowboys 

    There are 12 players that the Cowboys need to contract before 2019 starts. The Cowboys will need to sign Ben Condon, Scott Drinkwater, Jake Granville, Peta Hiku, Laitia Moceidreke, Jeremiah Nanai, Griffin Neame, Riley Price, Reece Robson, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow. Murray Taulagi and Jamayne Taunoa-Brown will also be needed for the football team.

    Newcastle Knights

    The Newcastle Knights have 14 players who are not under contract. These players are Jake Clifford, Adam Clune, Lachlan Fitzgibbon, Tyson Frizell, Bailey Hodgson, Hymel Hunt, Jack Johns, Brodie Jones, David Klemmer, Kurt Mann, Chris Randall, Leo Thompson and Enari Tuala. Dominic Young is also a contracted player for the 2018 season.

    Parramatta eels 

    At the moment, 11 players of the rugby league team are off contract. These include Jakob Arthur, Waqa Blake, Dylan Brown, Nathan Brown, Bryce Cartwright, Wiremu Greig, David Hollis, Shaun Lane and Sean Russell. Maika Sivo is also on contract with the Parramatta Eels at the moment.

    South Sydney Rabbitohs

    The South Sydney Rabbitohs have 13 players off contract, Zane Bijorac, Thomas Burgess, Jed Cartwright, Damien Cook, Siliva Havili, Jacob Host, Lachlan Ilias, Liam Knight, Latrell Mitchell, Kodi Nikorima, Hame Sele Blake Taaffe and Cody Walker.

    Penrith Panthers

    8 players from the Penrith Panthers team are currently off contract. These players include Stephen Crichton, Thomas Jenkins, Spencer Leniu, Soni Luke, Liam Martin, Scott Sorensen, Charlie Staines and Izack Tago.

    St.George Illawarra Dragons 

    No. players off contract: 8. Tyrell Fuimaono,George Burgess,Ben Hunt,Andrew McCullough, Blake Lawrie, Josh Kerr,Aaron Woods,Moses Mbye.

    Wests Tigers

    The Wests Tigers have 13 players off contract including Shawn Blore, Luke Brooks, Adam Doueihi, Oliver Gildart, Jackson Hastings, Asu Kepaoa, Daine Laurie, Jacob Liddle, Brent Naden, Joe Ofahengaue and Starford To’a.

    Sydney Roosters 

    There are 11 players off contract and they include Renouf Atoni, Fletcher Baker, Egan Butcher, Drew Hutchison, Adam Keighran, Victor Radley, Billy Smith, Daniel Tupou, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Sam Walker. Connor Watson is also listed as being out of contract.

    The NRL is facing an uncertain future, with hundreds of players coming off contract at the end of the 2023 season. While some stars like Cameron Munster and Ben Hunt have already secured their futures, many others are still up for grabs. With so much talent on the open market, it’s anyone’s guess where these players will end up. But one thing is for sure: the NRL is in for a shakeup.
