Only a few days after ICC CEO Geoff Allardice promised that the showpiece event’s itinerary would be made public as soon as possible, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed the preliminary timetable with the international cricket governing body.

Before publishing the final schedule this week, the ICC has shared the draught schedule with all of the competing (qualifying) teams in order to get their opinion.
