Here are the latest Rankings of Badminton Players in the world right now. Viktor Axelsen is the current number one ranked Badminton Player in the world. He hails from Denmark and standing at the top position with 17,200 points. While Toma Junior Popov is just behind Viktor Axelson in Men’s Singles Ranking. BWF World Tour is a Grade 2 Badminton tournament series and it is sanctioned by Badminton World Federation. The competition features the top world-ranked players in singles and doubles as well. BWF Tour came into effect starting from 2018, it replaces the previous BWF Super Series. This competition is divided into six levels, Wolrd Tour Finals, Super 1000, Super 750, Super 500, and Super 300. Anderson Antosen is the winner of the World Tour Finals 2020. He defeated Viktor Axelsen in the finals. While Tai Tzu-Ying is the winner of Women’s Singles in World Tour finals 2020.

Badminton Players Ranking: 2021 BWF Tour Event

Super 500 is the upcoming event of the BWF World Tour. It will take place between 31st August 2021- 5th September 2021. Korea Open is one of the Seven BWF Tour Super 500 events. Many BWF Tour events got called because of Covid-19. But hopefully Korea Open will kick off its schedule from 31st August 2021. The Prize money of the Korea Open is worth $320,000.

Since Feb 2020, Viktor Axelsen standing at the Top position in Men’s Singles. While Line Christophersen moved from 4th position to 1st in Women’s Singles. In the month of March Line Chrispothersn standing at the fourth position in the Rankings. But she left Pornpawee Chochuwong, Busanan Ongbamrungphan, and Pusarla V.
