Ebbsfleet, a team from the National League South, will play Fleetwood Town on Sunday in the second round of the FA Cup with the intention of causing a major upset. To advance to this stage, Ebbsfleet defeated Halifax Town in the previous round, while Fleetwood defeated Oxford City. Ebbsfleet are hoping to do better this time around after losing in the play-off semi-finals to Dorking Wanderers and narrowly missing out on National League promotion.
Since their relegation three seasons ago, The Fleet have been stuck in the sixth tier of English football. However, after 17 matches, they currently lead the National League South table on goal difference. The Fleet were previously owned by MyFootballClub, where members voted on player transfers, budgets, and ticket prices. Dennis Kutrieb, on the other hand, will be striving to become only the third manager in Ebbsfleet history to reach the third round or higher of the FA Cup.

It's a long old journey down south for a Sunday 😬
But we're on the tele, and it's safe to say we'll be showing it here in Pizza Calcio 💪

We can see Ebbsleet giving Fleetwood a real challenge on Sunday given their impressive league record thus far this season. Therefore, we believe that, despite the fact that these teams are divided into three divisions, a rematch may be necessary for the visitors at Highbury Stadium.

In all competitions, Fleetwood has lost one of their last six games. In the first round, Fleetwood defeated opponents in the National League South. The last time Ebbsfleet made it to the FA Cup Round Three was in 1962/63.
