The 9th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will organized from 1 June 2024 to 29 June 2024. This tournament will feature all men’s national teams and promises to be an exciting event for cricket fans around the world. Recently, the International Cricket Council announced the player list of England men’s national cricket team for the World Cup 2024 tournament. Along with this, New Zealand announced their player list on 29 April.
The West Indies and the United States are the host countries of the ICC World Cup tournament, and it is also the first tournament that will held in the United States.
England T20 Squad for World Cup 2024
A total of 20 teams, partake in this tournament, and all the teams are divided equally into four groups of five teams, two teams each group ready to play the Super 8 round after the teams will play in the knockout stage, semi-final, and final round. England and West Indies are the most successful teams of this tournament, having won 2 titles each team.
The ICC World Cup’s ninth edition will feature twenty teams, with eight teams being selected for the 2022 tournament. Two teams have already qualified for the event, while the remaining teams will be chosen based on the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings, with the best-ranked teams earning a place in the tournament.
