According to a report provided by the BCCI, 409 players will be auctioned off, and a staggering 1525 players have registered for the event. The WPL auction 2023 will take place in Mumbai, India’s financial center, on Monday, February 13.

12 crores will be available to each team for selection. The 2023 WPL will be held in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The auction will begin at 2:30 p.m. IST. On February 13, the Sports 18 Network will broadcast the WPL auction.

Five WPL teams will compete in the inaugural season of the 2023 Women’s Premier League. The participating teams are Mumbai, Lucknow, Bengaluru, and the Gujarat Giants. Each team can only buy up to 18 players, so 90 players are expected to be auctioned off at the WPL’s first auction.
