India vs Bangladesh 2nd ODI: Kuldeep Sen misses out due to an injury

The second match of the India-Bangladesh ODI series is being played in Mirpur on Wednesday. Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, they scored 69 runs for six wickets in 19 overs. Mahmudullah and Afif Hossain are at the crease.

Washington Sundar took two wickets in two balls. He is on a hat trick. Sundar got Mushfiqur Rahim caught by Dhawan on the 5th ball of the 19th over and made Afif walk on the last ball of the over. Shakib Al Hasan got out after scoring 8 runs. He was caught by Washington Sundar at the hands of Shikhar Dhawan.

Earlier, Umran Malik had lbw Najmul Hasan Shanto (21), Mohammad Siraj to captain Liton Das (7), and Anamul Haque. Mohammad Siraj took 2 wickets. Umran Malik and Washington Sundar got one wicket each.

Kuldeep Ruled Out Due To Back Strain

Fast bowler Kuldeep Sen is not playing in the second ODI due to a back strain. After the first match, the 26-year-old bowler complained of back strain. In such a situation, the medical team of BCCI has advised him to rest. He is under observation.

Mohammed Shami ruled out from the Bangladesh series due to an injury

Fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of Team India due to a shoulder injury. He will no longer be able to play in the ODI series against Bangladesh. The first match of the three ODI series in Bangladesh is to be held on Sunday.

Shami is not fit for this due to injury. Shami was injured during a practice session after returning from the T20 World Cup in Australia last month.

Rishabh Pant also ruled out

Indian rising star Rishabh Pant is also ruled out from the Bangladesh ODI series due to injury. He is under the supervision of the medical team. But the good thing is he will be available for the Test series.

Jaspreet Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja already missing the series due to injury

Team India’s problems have increased due to the injury of Mohammed Shami. Some media reports have said that he has been ruled out of the Test series along with the ODIs.

India’s premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is already out of the series due to injury. He was also not a part of the team in the T20 World Cup. Here, all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja is also out of the ODI series due to an injury.
