The Twenty20 international cricket tournament known as the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 is also referred to as the Women’s Twenty20 World Cup. The competition is booked to happen in South Africa on 10 – 26 February 2023. This is the eighth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed in November 2020 that the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament was originally scheduled to take place in 2022. In November 2020, the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed that South Africa would serve as the tournament host.
