Johannesburg Super Kings advertised the first five employees for their inaugural season of the CSA T20 league which will occur later this month.

The owner of the brand is Chennai Super Kings Sports Limited, which owns the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings.

The first five players to sign for the brand new Super Kings League include Faf Du Plessis, Moeen Ali, Mahesh Thikshana, Romario Shepherd and Gerald Coetzee. We are entering the Bull Ring! Thanks Johannesburg Super Kings for revealing this first list of marvelous men in a tweet.

Faf Du Plessis of South Africa, Moeen Ali of England, Maheesh Theekshana of Sri Lanka and Romario Shepherd of Guyana all joined the Johannesburg Super Kings in another tweet.

This took place in early April, as Cricket South Africa announced a competition that would feature private-owned franchises. The six-team t20 tournament will start on 20 January, 2023.

Cricket South Africa announced that former captain Graeme Smith has been appointed as the Commissioner of South Africa’s new T20 league.

The six teams have been given permission to sign players from a list of 30 marquee players, CSA having recently finalized the roster size. The remaining 12 players will be chosen at upcoming auctions in September.

The professional in-game esports league has received a lot of interest from all over the globe with players already signed up.

Cricket South Africa announced earlier in April that a t20 league with six privately owned franchises would begin play in January 2023.

South African T20 league commissioner, Graeme Smith was officially named in July.

The 30 best players on the CSA player’s draft list may all be picked up by one of the six sanctioned organisations, who may have a squad size of 17 players. The players will be chosen based on auction drafts taking place in September at which time the remaining twelve spots would be offered for bids.

People are signing up for the 2023 season and also beyond from a variety of countries that want to join The League.
