After losing their previous match against Chonburi by a score of 1-0 in the Thai League T1, Port will not want to repeat that performance here. In recent times, Port has rarely demonstrated defensive toughness. The fact of the matter is that Port has conceded seven goals in five of their previous six games.
Of course, that pattern won’t necessarily continue into the next game. Following a 3-1 victory over Chiangrai United in their previous match, BG Pathum United will enter the contest. The stats speak for themselves.
BG Pathum United has conceded nine goals to their opponents in five of their last six games. BG Pathum United has not always performed admirably defensively.

We tend to think that BG Pathum United should be able to score against this Port lineup, but that may not be as many goals as they might give up. By the time the game is over, Port will have won 2-1, according to our prediction. We’ll simply have to stay and see.
When we look at their most recent head-to-head matches, which date back to June 24, 2018, we find that Port has won two of them, During those games, the two teams combined to score 19 goals, with 8 coming from Port Lions and 11 from The Glass Rabbits.
That amounts to an average of 3.17 goals scored per game. The two last played in the league on the second day of Thai League T1 on September 14, 2022, with BG Pathum United winning 4-2 over Port.
For Port manager Sarawut Treephan, Nattawut Sombatyotha (unknown injury) and Philip Roller (knee surgery) are unavailable.
Makoto Teguramori is in charge of BG Pathum United and has to deal with a number of players who aren’t available. Ikhsan Fandi’s knee injury and Korawich Tasa’s traffic accident cannot be taken into consideration.
