Tottenham Hotspur, Extend deal with Udinese For Udogie!

Sources revealed that Tottenham Hotspur had signed a deal worth more than €15m for the transfer of Udinese sensation Destiny Udogie. After agreeing on personal terms with Udogie a few days ago, the people of north London have reached an agreement with the Serie A side. His excellent form has attracted the interest of many top European clubs. Though the 19-year-old enjoyed his own successful campaign in the last period, scoring five goals and three assists in Serie A.

However, the Italian Under-21 international will only move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2023, as he will be on loan at Udinese this season. Udogie primarily worked as a left winger in the previous season, although he did show versatility playing as a left-back and central midfielder. Conte will rely on Ryan Sessengon and Ivan Perisic at left-back this season, and Udogie is one for the future.

Although after almost completing their business in the transfer market, Tottenham is now focused on weeding out the marginalized.  They could sign one more with Niccol Zaniolo and Memphis Depay on the wish list. Moreover, he had an outstanding season in the 2021/22 season, in which he scored eight goals: five goals and three assists in thirty-five games. He is one of the best-rated youngsters in Italy, as coach Roberto Mancini invited him to a possible 2-day camp for the Italian national team.
