In December, the England Women’s team will travel to the Caribbean to play West Indies in five T20Is and three ODIs. On December 9, Antigua will host the first one-day international tour. Antigua will host all three matches in the series as well as the first Twenty20 International, while Barbados will host the remaining four Twenty20 International matches.
The ODI series will likewise be a piece of the ICC Ladies’ Title, with Britain yet to enroll a point after their 3-0 loss to India at home. England’s first overseas round of the ICC Women’s Championship will begin with the ODI series against West Indies, while the T20I leg will help both teams prepare for the Women’s T20 World Cup next year.
In terms of head-to-head records, England has won 15 of the 23 ODIs it has played against the West Indies so far, while the latter has only won six. The England has prevailed 13 times in Twenty20 International matches, defeating West Indies eight times.
