The French publication L’Equipe said that Zinedine Zidane has been mentioned as a potential candidate to succeed Tite as Brazil’s next manager.

After Tite quit following the loss to Croatia, Brazil is looking for a new coach.
The Brazilian FA is looking to hire a foreigner, according to the French publication, after Tite resigned following the nation’s unexpected World Cup quarterfinal defeat.
Others who have been connected to a job with Brazil include Mauricio Pochettino, Thomas Tuchel, and Rafael Bentez.
Since leaving Real Madrid in May 2021, Zidane has been without a job despite being connected to a number of positions, including the French national team and Manchester United until Erik ten Hag was appointed.
Zidane guided his team to LaLiga triumphs in both 2016–17 and 2019–20 while serving as manager of Real Madrid, winning three consecutive Champions League championships between 2015–16 and 2017–18.
As well as the France position, Zidane has been linked to a comeback to club management. As a means of trying to extend Didier Deschamps’ contract, the head of the French Football Federation has said he will speak with the manager of France “next week.”
Deschamps has led Les Bleus since 2012 and has won the World Cup twice for France—once as a player in 1998 and once as a manager in 2018.
Prior to becoming one of the top players in the French Ligue 1 at Bordeaux, Zidane began his career in Cannes. He transferred to the Italian side Juventus in 1996, where he earned various awards, including two Serie A championships. In 2001, he transferred to Real Madrid for a then-record cost of €77.5 million, a sum that was unsurpassed for the following eight years.
Zidane won several awards during his time in Spain, including the UEFA Champions League and the La Liga championship. He is credited with one of the best goals in Champions League history, a left-footed volleyed winner in the 2002 championship game.
