ICC latest test rankings: Ravindra Jadeja is number 1 in the All-rounder category

The latest rankings of the International Cricket Council have been released. Indian all-rounders Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer have made big gains in the rankings released on Wednesday.

Ravindra Jadeja is number 1 in the All-rounder category

Talking about the toppers of the Test rankings, the Kangaroos dominate in batting and bowling, while the all-rounders are dominated by Indians. Australia’s Marnus Labuschagne (936) is the world’s number-1 Test batsman.

While Pat Cummins (880) holds the bowling crown. At the same time, Indian all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja (369) is the number-1 all-rounder. Ravichandran Ashwin is following him with 343.

Match-winning partnership of Ashwin-Shreyas
There was an unbeaten 71-run partnership for the 8th wicket between Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer. After 90 years, India had a 70+ partnership for the 8th wicket in the fourth innings of the Test. Earlier in 1932, there was a partnership of 74 runs between Amar Singh and Lal Singh.
