Home club PT Prachuap will host their opponent Chonburi in the Thai League T1 matchup on Saturday at their stadium. After losing 3-2 to Chiangrai United in their previous matchup in Thai League T1, PT Prachuap will be looking to improve here.
In recent times, PT Prachuap has given up a lot of goals, but they have also done enough to score goals. PT Prachuap has scored in six of their last six games, while their goal total has been broken in six of those games.
Chonburi will enter this match having defeated Lamphun Warriors by a score of 2-0 in the Thai League T1. Recently, it has become clear that at least one team is not scoring goals in games that include Chonburi. This has happened five times in his six most recent challenges. Their opponents have scored 6 goals overall in those matches, while Chonburi has scored 12. Naturally, it is not certain that they will adhere to this challenge’s trend.
Our impression is that PT Prachuap will need to work extremely hard to score against Chonburi, who may win tightly despite suffering. Given the foregoing, we anticipate a fierce battle that Chonburi will win 0-1 after 90 minutes. Hopefully, it works out.
According to a review of their previous encounters dating back to July 27, 2019, PT Prachuap has won two of them, while Chonburi has won four, with zero draws. Over the course of those games, they combined to score 11 goals, with 4 going to PT Prachuap and 7 going to Chonburi. As a result, we score an average of 1.83 goals per game. On September 10, 2022, Chonburi defeated PT Prachuap 1-0 in matchday 5 of Thai League T1. This was the team’s previous league challenge.
Thawatchai Damrong-Ongtrakul, the manager of PT Prachuap, has a fully healthy squad from which to choose, so there are no concerns ahead of this game. The absence of Anthonio Sanjairag for this match is Chonburi coach Sasom Pobprasert’s only health concern with almost the entire team in good condition. Due to his suspension, Saharat Sontisawat is ineligible for this match.
