Tottenham FC Women is going head to head with Manchester City W.F.C. starting on 22 Oct 2022 at 10:30 UTC . The match is a part of the The FA Women’s Super League. Currently, Tottenham FC Women rank 7th, while Manchester City W.F.C. hold 8th position.
Man City currently sit nine points clear at the top of the Premier League table but they may not be as comfortable as they want to be. Pep Guardiola’s defending champions have played a game more than second-placed Liverpool so the nine-point gap could hypothetically be six, with Man City also still needing to face the Reds again in April.
But for now they are in control of their own destiny and Man City don’t look like slowing down. Guardiola’s side have won 14 of their last 15 Premier League matches, only dropping points in a 1-1 draw with Southampton. In that run, Man City have beat the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, West Ham, Wolves and Man Utd – while they also thumped Sporting CP in the Champions League in midweek.
Tottenham, on the other hand, are going through a rough patch. The new manager bounce following Antonio Conte’s arrival at the end of 2021 is well and truly over and some cracks are starting to show (though that shouldn’t fall solely on the Italian). For the first time since 2009, Conte has lost three league matches in a row, beaten by Chelsea, Southampton and Wolves.
Manchester City are yet to hit their stride in the Premier League this season and will need to work hard to keep up with Arsenal in the title race. The reigning champions are in the midst of a transition at the moment and have a point to prove this weekend.
Tottenham Hotspur have troubled Manchester City in the past but will have their work cut out for them in this fixture. Manchester City are the better team at the moment and should be able to win this game.

Tottenham Hotspur Women’s will attempt to claim a third consecutive victory in all competitions when they play host to Manchester City Women on Saturday.
The visitors, meanwhile, have the chance to record back-to-back wins after they picked up their first points of the Women’s Super League season with a 4-0 victory over Leicester City.

Tottenham’s captain has scored 16-goals in the Premier League this season and only two of those have come from the penalty spot. The 28-year-old Talisman has been in decent form of late, scoring 7-goals in his last 10 matches for club and country. We’re backing Kane to score against Man City in front of the Spurs fans this weekend, even though we’re not sure which way the result is going to go, we are expecting goals to be one of the key themes of the day.
